Investing in the Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling 11th Force Support Squadron (11th FSS) will increase your sales through our Commercial Sponsorship and Advertising program.
The Air Force Community provides a unique audience for direct interaction and exposure to your brand. Located along a three-mile stretch of the Potomac and Anacostia rivers in Southwest D.C., with breathtaking views of the National Capital Skyline, National Airport, and Old Town Alexandria, the base provides installation support to military, civilian employees, and their families throughout the National Capital Region.
With over 30 activities managed by the 11th FSS, including a 30-lane bowling center, three restaurants with lounge areas, recreation areas, all ranks club over 55,000 sq ft, base pool, three fitness centers, and four child care facilities, there is no shortage of opportunities to engage with our community. The base also hosts over 75 major events, entertaining over 50,000 DoD personnel annually, and has 47 joint base partners, including agencies such as DIA, JADOC, OSI, NCIS, USSS, DHS, and other DOD and federal agencies.
The Commercial Sponsorship Program offers the opportunity to present your company’s message in a variety of creative ways to the military community. Sponsorship gives you direct access to our customers and helps build goodwill, as well as brand recognition among this loyal and growing market. By partnering with 11th FSS, you are helping offer an increased variety of high-quality programs, events, and services to a greater audience.

- Table/booth space at event giving you an exclusive opportunity to interact with the military community (we provide the tables and chairs)
- Your company logo on promotional items (monthly newsletter, digital screens, banners, posters, social media, and website homepage)

The Advertising Program provides opportunities to reach the military population using the latest technology, along with the standard options proudly displayed to reach the JBAB community. Make a BIG statement in our most popular facilities with posters and banners displayed strategically throughout our base. Our website and Facebook page is THE central hub of all on base 11th FSS program and event information and resources.

How much to invest?
The amount and kind of support you provide, as well as the opportunities offered to you are negotiable and are based on a fair and equitable exchange of values. Sponsorship investment varies by event, as does the amount and type of exposure you receive. Your sponsorship may be in the form of cash, products or services, or a combination of all three. Sponsorship is not a charitable donation. We will do our part to ensure you receive the value you desire from your investment in 11th FSS. Our goal for every sponsor relationship is win-win!
Unique Opportunities
Within our community we are offered the chance to do some unique things with the Sponsorship and Advertising Program. Our Potomac Lane Bowling Center is a great place to advertise. The Slip Inn restaurant is one of the most popular facilities often featuring live bands and entertainment with waterfront views. The surrounding area is where we hold most events throughout the year. The Slip Inn is adjacent to the Capital Cove Marina, Outdoor Recreation Center, and Information Tickets and Travel Office.
